1022 University Avenue #20 is a 1 1/2 story wood-frame cottage, and is part of the Florence Court site.

History

Description

This cottage was built with a cast concrete foundation. It has a gabled roof that is covered in asphalt, and two gabled dormers. #20 also has rectangular sash windows, but unlike #19, it has an asymmetrical facade and a side entrance. It was built in 1870, and moved to Florence Court in 1921.
