This house, like others in the Healy Block, was originally owned by Healy and the estimated construction cost was $6,000.
A large Queen Anne style house of 2 ½ stories, there is a prominent front- facing gable with a large round arched window. The house has a tall intersecting gabled roof, with a conical cap on a rounded corner of the northwestern part of the main façade.
The original paneled double leaf doors to the front entry with side windows and transom remain.
There is a balcony above the front porch with the characteristic Healy treatment of paired round arched stained glass transoms above a rectangular window.
In good condition, the house was clad in stucco in 1942 and the front porch has been altered.
