The facade of this two-story brick building is laid in a Flemish bond. Late nineteenth-century, stamped-metal window hoods ornament three equally-spaced windows on the second story. The gabled dormer projecting from the low gable roof, delicate boxed cornice, and the almost hidden end chimneys are features that suggest this may be the oldest surviving commercial building in downtown Richmond.
