This was the third and last location of Swedish Hospital, built in 1929 and closing in 1970, when it merged with Saint Barnabas Hospital to become Metropolitan Medical Center. The building is currently used as a clinic for Hennepin Faculty Associates, and connects to the larger Hennepin County Medical Center campus. Note that in 1946 three floors were added to the building.
