Significant details: "Symmetrical window placement on second floor. Plain window openings with plain brickwork surrounds and concrete sills. Header string course at sill level. Discoloration of brick at cornice line shows that it once had an ornamental cornice. Two inset concrete blocks with inscription 'Annex' and 'Block' above second floor windows.
Additions and alterations: "Storefront windows and door openings changed. New Aluminum windows. Cornice removed."
