History
1934 - A two-truck garage is purchased from a Mr. Mattson in Saint Paul and moved to property at 266 County Road C West (then Como Station #3) bought by Byron Hammersten, Sr. from Sylvester Knowlan. With two adults and three children, the Hammersten family meets their needs with an outhouse, a stove, and well water from a neighbor's home.
