Opened in 1933, Frenchman’s has been a Richfield institution ever since. At one time the roof had an arrow pointing east to guide pilots to the airport. It was frequented by the pilots and navy servicemen from the nearby navy base. In later years, wrestling matches were held in the bar. Frenchmans is still in operation today.
