Known as "Assembly Halls," this was headquarters for the St. Paul Trades & Labor Assembly from 1893 to 1917. It was also the headquarters for the American Railway Union. Eugene V. Debs spoke here and at other sites in St. Paul during the Great Northern rail strike of 1894.
