This is a wood house which has had numerous alterations and additions since it was originally built.

Some significant details include "plain boxed cornice and eaves. Large fixed window with leaded glass with geometric patterns. Small rectangular window at attic level."

The legal description is "South part of Lots 5-6, Block 2, College Place Taylor's Div."

"A much altered mildly Colonial Revival Style house near Hamline University."[1]
