Property Description: 2.5 stories; symmetrical main façade with exception of off-set entry; cross-gabled roof; boxed eaves with decorative brackets under eaves; one-story, full-width porch with pedimental entry; sunburst design fills pediment; Palladian window in third story gable.
North and south facades display projected bays, which relieves the structure of a smooth walled appearance.
Window Condition: Porch windows appear original; original windows on main body of house. They were retrofitted with jamb liners in late 90's, Dormer on North side was also added in late 90's to duplicate the original architecture of the building.

For me, our tulip garden (1527 Fremont) in the spring and our neighborhood gardens.
