Historical background: "The original owner of this house, which was built for $2,000, was Mrs. Addie Wilhemi, the widow of Adolph. She is listed in the city directory as residing at the northwest corner of Edmund and Bernheimer Avenue (probably the former name of what is now Albert Street), suggesting that she probably lived in the house."
Level of significance: "Local"
Statement of significance: "This house retains its original Queen Anne type windows with small panes arranged around a square pane of glass. It is the largest house on a block where bunglows predominate, and it is also considerably older than most of the nearby homes."
